Joe Oster was born and raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Akron, Joe began his career in accounting with a large public accounting firm in Cleveland. This experience provided valuable insight into the various areas of accounting, audit taxation and business consulting. Joe earned his CPA certificate in Ohio and has held controller and CFO positions within several companies in various industries.

Joe found his passion for the real estate industry while working for a large builder, developer and investor. As an investor in both Ohio and Florida, Joe pursued a life-long dream of owning his own real estate company and purchased Gulf Coast Management Group in June of 2014. Joe’s open and honest approach with owners, tenants and vendors is the cornerstone that enables the company to build long-lasting business relationships. Building relationships and operating with integrity enables the goal of providing the highest returns for the owner investor to be achieved consistently. Joe is not only highly skilled in property management, but as a result of his vast accounting experience, he is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of real estate investing using Self-directed IRA’s, real estate investing, 1031 exchanges and market analysis.

Joe and his wife own rental property themselves and bring an owner perspective when running the property management business. His goal is to have each owner whose property is managed by Gulf Coast Realty and Property Management to have peace of mind that their unit is being managed by competent, caring people helping to maximize the highest returns on their investment.

Stefany Cordoba was born in Ecuador and has been in the Naples area since she was 12 years old.  She is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University. Stefany speaks both Spanish and English fluently. Stefany resides in Naples with her husband and two children.

 Stefany is a licensed Broker Associate and a member of Naples Area Board of Realtors. As the Co-Owner at Gulf Coast Realty and Property Management, Stefany is in charge of daily operations and office protocol.

Stefany knows that whether it be selling, buying or managing your properties, a great deal of detail and consistent applications of policy and procedures is required. By applying these principals, Stefany and GCRPM will provide peace of mind for owners that their needs are being taken care of and their investment experience is a positive one.

Christine Squires is a licensed real estate and rental agent with several years of industry experience. In her position with Gulf Coast Realty and Property Management, she’s responsible for assisting clients with home and rental purchases and sales; rental marketing and management; and day-to-day property management. She holds a Florida Salesperson Real Estate License and is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors. Southwest Florida has been her family’s second home since 1987. She is a graduate of John Carroll University in Ohio.

Christine knows that purchasing a home is for many people the largest investment of their lifetime — and that for others, purchasing a rental home requires significant information and guidance for a positive return on investment. She’s passionate to help clients achieve their dream of selling or buying — whether it’s a new home for your family, a part-time residence, or an income producing rental home or condo. Her goal is to identify your wants and needs, then make your dream come true with loyalty, knowledge and professionalism.

Licensed Community Association Manager

Jennifer is a licensed Florida Community Association Manager and speaks both English and Spanish fluently. Working with our management team closely as the administrative and customer service assistant, Jennifer provides top notch, behind-the-scenes organization and support that makes our organization run smoothly and efficiently. Jennifer also handles member accounts receivable issues and vendor accounts payables. When you talk with Jen, you can see and hear her smile behind every phone call. When Jennifer is not working, she loves to travel, saying, "it’s the only thing you buy that makes you richer.” Jennifer is a fashionista for life, dancing is her passion, and she enjoys spending time with her family on the weekends.
